Business Development Executive
Job Description
We look forward to hiring a passionate Hiring Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing division in an Intermediate Role. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn and grow his/her skills in the field and gain marketing and business development experience. Your primary focus will be generating leads, nurturing them, managing them, updating blog content to the website, client relation management, etc.
The Job would be to work directly under our CMO/Marketing Manager. We would look into the following details while Hiring Business Development Executive.
Essential Qualification
Graduate/Post Graduate degree from any specialization. Any CS/IT degree/diploma/certification preferred.
Duties
- Understanding the Target Market of ScaleupAlly.
- Generating leads through various company-prescribed methods.
- Online bidding at various platforms.
- Check all the inbound leads and reply to them.
- Timely leads nurturing.
- Learn and build expertise in Email Marketing.
- Following with all the old leads and clients.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Managing company portfolio at various marketplace platforms.
- Updating and maintaining CRM.
- Managing a daily checklist.
- Sending Welcome Email to the clients and onboarding Email to talents
- Work with senior management to create sales and marketing plans and
roadmaps
Required Qualification
▪ 0-2 years experience in lead generation, online bidding, business development
▪ Background in Computers or IT is preferred
▪ Good English Skills – both written and verbal
▪ Understanding of marketing principles
▪ Positive attitude
▪ Sharp business acumen
▪ High self-confidence, great networking, and public speaking skills.
▪ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
and Excel)
Salary and Additional Information
● Office Hours: 6 days a week with 1st and Last Sat as working. Office timings – 10 AM to 8 PM
● Monthly parties and Fri evening snacks
● Increment: 20 to 40% for sure.
