This doesn’t just apply to hiring a full time talent. ScaleupCQ does the Project Management of all the projects. Project Manager and Customer Success Manager from ScaleupCQ comes as a free perk for every client and act as an account managers for your project. Your customer success manager facilitates communication between parties, takes care of legal and financial functions of the project, and makes sure all parties work harmoniously.
At ScaleupCQ, we take deadlines very seriously. We use agile methodology and break down our projects into smaller sprints. Then, we hold regular scrum meetings to keep everyone updated and accountable during the project.
For resources that are billed on an hourly basis, clients can access their hourly tracking data and instantly raise concerns if tasks are taking more time than expected. For clients that are billed for a complete project, it is our guarantee that the project will be delivered on time.
We work hard to ensure such situations don’t occur. However, if in an exceptional case such a challenge does present itself, we are prepared to handle it. We will pull out a replacement for the resource from our talent pool within 24 hours. Moreover, we use tools like Bitbucket where daily work and code repo is stored. Using this information, the replacement resource can immediately pick up from where the previous resource left off.
ScaleupCQ also ensures such a mishap has no influence over your day-to-day project deliverables.
We enter into a contract agreement and NDA with every member of the talent network. Through these agreements, ScaleupCQ obtains exclusive ownership of the work created by the ScaleupCQ talent that works with you. We then provide you with the intellectual property for the work that the ScaleupCQ talent creates for you under our client agreement
We never reveal any confidential information to our dev teams unless you, the client, have approved it first. In addition, we always offer our clients the option of us signing a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA), prior to them sharing any information with us.
ScaleupCQ charges you based on a number of factors. This includes complexity of the project, the number of resources you are sourcing from us, the duration and technological requirements of your project, and the billing model you choose (hourly/project-basis).

At ScaleupCQ, privacy protection is taken very seriously and we work tirelessly to ensure your personal details are safe. These are only shared with a client when they need to review our services.
The medium and timeframe is based on mutual discussion. As a general rule, we release the payment fortnightly via NEFT or Transferwise.
ScaleupCQ has a comprehensive set of tools that track work hours of our resources. We do this to avoid any confusions associated with the billing process. You are free to do the same for verification your own purposes, but we don’t think it’s a necessity. We do this only for hourly clients. For project to project basis, we do not track it.
